AS NEEDED
You will be billed an hourly rate as soon as the project or the service is completed. For larger initiatives, we might ask for a 50% deposit. This can happen when you need an HR Professional to support you for a few hours.
RETAINER AGREEMENT
This includes a monthly fee and is contract-based. You can choose this option if you need ongoing HR support (weekly or monthly).
PROJECT WORK
This option can be selected if you have a special project that needs to be completed. Often, projects can be complex and will might require more than one HR Professional working on your initiative. You will be quoted a project basis rate.
ASSESSMENT AND INTAKE CALLS
Free. We don’t charge for assessment and intake calls. Exceptions may apply.
